Free Resources

We believe that getting good quality, well-researched information is crucial for all new parents, and can make a real difference practically, physically and emotionally.

In order to support all new parents, we have produced some free resources to condense some of our knowledge into a useful format. We will be gradually adding to these over time, so please keep up to date by following our Facebook page for updates. If there is anything else you would like to know about, please do email us and let us know.

We produce these for free because we believe that all parents should have access to this information. However, if you would like to support one of our chosen charities, Juno Perinatal Mental Health Support, you can make a donation here.

The Scottish Baby Box

We were delighted to get a sneak peak at the Scottish Baby Box.

If you’d like to get a preview before you get yours so that you can ensure you only buy what you need – take a look at our video.

Baby Carrier Demonstrations

If you’d like help with using the baby carrier then check out these demos.

When attempting to put your baby in the sling please fully read the instructions provided by the Scottish Government as your MAIN reference and not our video. Whilst we are mothers who have used slings ourselves – this video is our interpretation of the instructions included in the Scottish Baby Box. If you have any concerns at all – please contact a qualified sling expert at Baby Carrier Scotland.
