Jo Worrall
Twist Training Limited
Jo's passion and story telling makes remembering what to do for first aid both interesting and easy. A mum of two girls, her tips and facts are relevant and up to date as she trains in a variety of many workplaces as well as with parents and carers.
She believes that first aid standards should be the same for everyone whether you work looking after someone else's child or caring for a relative or your own child. Her experience in training many different ages and genres enables Jo to read the room and adapt the training accordingly being compassionate to those who have experienced traumatic events or popping in an interesting anecdote to engage a tired Mum who may otherwise forget the crucial treatment for a life threatening incident.

Becky Henderson
The Infant Feeding Coach Scotland
I am Becky a newly qualified Infant Feeding Coach and Breastfeeding Counsellor based in Innerleithen. I have always had an interest in breastfeeding, having been a BIBs Peer Supporter, pre Covid. I have realised so many new mums are struggling with feeding or have had no clue it would 'be this hard', or how to bottle feed their baby properly. It's made me realise that there is such a focus on labour and birth within the standard antenatal classes that we are missing a vital service in the Scottish Borders.
I want to be able to give expectant parents invaluable knowledge to make their own informed, evidence - based choices on their feeding journey, after all we know that the 'unknown' is scary!

Karen Brown
Little Solutions
Karen trained at the Norland College in the mid 1990’s as a Maternity Nurse and Childcare Consultant and has worked with babies and young children ever since. She has also Completed extra courses on postnatal mum, baby’s brain development and other baby related courses. As a Maternity Nurse she specialises in the care of newborn babies and works with postnatal parents to support and advice on key aspects of very young babies. Alternatively, if things aren’t going so well, I come in when babies or young children are a bit older and work to resolve issues. Most of these revolve around sleep but could also be helping with things like weaning, toilet training and other key transitions for little ones.
Karen set up Little Solutions in 2012 when her first child was 2yrs old.She says" I love what I do and approach all my work with a calm, gentle consistent and non-judgemental approach. I am a mum myself of 3 children who are now past the baby stage but having them has taught me first-hand how rewarding yet challenging being a parent is. I live in the gorgeous Scottish Borders so cover Edinburgh, parts of the Borders and East Lothian for face-to-face work or further afield for remote consultations".

Christina Pacitti
Little Bath Babies
Hi, I'm Christina – the founder of Little Bath Babies, and more than that, someone who deeply believes in the power of water, calm, and connection.I'm a mum to two amazing kids (a teen and a pre-teen!) and have been running my own businesses since 2017. A few years ago, a personal health journey nudged me to pause and reflect. That time of healing led me to discover something beautiful: the magic of mindful water rituals in the early years of a baby's life.I retrained as a baby-to-preschool swim teacher and later specialised in Aqua Sensory – and that's when everything clicked. I wanted to create something gentle, special, and grounded in love. That's how Little Bath Babies was born. When I'm not in the water, you'll find me walking through the woods, wild swimming (yes, even in Scotland!), or savouring a quiet moment with an almond croissant and a good view. Nature, water, and nurturing connection are my happy places—and I've poured all of that into the classes I run.Little Bath Babies isn't just a class – it's a peaceful, sensory sanctuary for you and your baby. A place to be held, supported, and seen.I can't wait to welcome you both into the water.

I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2013 from the Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. I have extensive experience within the NHS covering a multitude of areas including obstetrics and gynae, musculoskeletal outpatients and community rehabilitation. I also have experience in treating sports injuries and working with sports teams. I am a member of the CSP, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, HCPC and also an associate member of the POGP.
My passion lies with all things Women's and Pelvic Health. I've had a fascination with this area since completing a placement during my training over a decade ago! Fast forward a few years, two wee ones later and my own personal ante and post natal journey under my belt and here I am.
I believe strongly that women deserve more support in managing and understanding pelvic floor symptoms and aim to address this through physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
