Claire Cumming Herrero
Tours With Tots
Claire Cummings Herrero is the creator of Tours with Tots. She is a EFL teacher and tour guide, as well as a mum to a wee boy. Tours with Tots was born from her experience of mum and baby groups where she struggled to connect with the other parents and really missed using my brain! She wanted a group that focused on mums for a change instead of the babies and allowed members to have discussions beyond nappies and sleep regressions. When she found such a group didn’t exist, she decided to create one. Being an English teacher and tour guide by trade, she is passionate about Scottish History, she says “ Ilove having juicy and stimulating discussions with people. I also strongly believe that in this increasingly polarised world, we need to create spaces where we can bridge gaps. And of course, as parents, we need supportive communities because we so very often feel like we are all alone”.
Claire wants Tours with Tots to be this space for you. You can bring your baby or toddler without needing to worry if they cry or need a feed, but this activity is all about you!

Karen Brown
Little Solutions
Karen trained at the Norland College in the mid 1990’s as a Maternity Nurse and Childcare Consultant and has worked with babies and young children ever since. She has also Completed extra courses on postnatal mum, baby’s brain development and other baby related courses. As a Maternity Nurse she specialises in the care of newborn babies and works with postnatal parents to support and advice on key aspects of very young babies. Alternatively, if things aren’t going so well, I come in when babies or young children are a bit older and work to resolve issues. Most of these revolve around sleep but could also be helping with things like weaning, toilet training and other key transitions for little ones.
Karen set up Little Solutions in 2012 when her first child was 2yrs old.She says" I love what I do and approach all my work with a calm, gentle consistent and non-judgemental approach. I am a mum myself of 3 children who are now past the baby stage but having them has taught me first-hand how rewarding yet challenging being a parent is. I live in the gorgeous Scottish Borders so cover Edinburgh, parts of the Borders and East Lothian for face-to-face work or further afield for remote consultations".

Catriona Fraser-Harris
Restore Plus Physiotherapy
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2013 from the Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. I have extensive experience within the NHS covering a multitude of areas including obstetrics and gynae, musculoskeletal outpatients and community rehabilitation. I also have experience in treating sports injuries and working with sports teams. Since qualifying I have had a passion for Pelvic Health and have completed further training in assessment and treatment methods, including the Mummy MOT. I am a member of the CSP, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, HCPC and also an associate member of the POGP.
My passion lies with all things Women's and Pelvic Health. I've had a fascination with this area since completing a placement during my training over a decade ago! Fast forward a few years, two wee ones later and my own personal ante and post natal journey under my belt and here I am.
I believe strongly that women deserve more support in managing and understanding pelvic floor symptoms and aim to address this through physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
